About Me
Hi! I'm Kasie
In case you’re wondering, it’s pronounced Kay-See
You won’t find any professional head shots or business casual around here. Been there, done that, and not going back. I’m committed to showing up authentically in everything I do, which includes this about page.
About
My name is Kasie, and I exist to help inspire others to define and step into their own versions of greatness.
That purpose has always been at the core of everything I’ve ever done, albeit buried deeply under layers of untrue beliefs and downright ignorance about myself. So deeply, in fact, that it took an early-life crisis at the ripe old age of 23 and the following decade of my life to discover I had been living someone else’s life. The journey to self-discovery was arduous and, at some points, painful. Taking from the lessons I learned the hard way I started Envisage Life Coach to help other people discover their own purpose, but in a fraction of the time (and, hopefully, a whole lot less days crying hopelessly in the shower)
My ambitions aren’t small; I want to systematically dismantle the stigma surrounding self-development, inspiring the world to yearn for the happiness and authenticity that comes from breaking free from the cultural shackles which have trapped us in a life of self-doubt and loneliness. And have one hell of a good time along the way.

Trivia and facts to help you get to know me a little better
I have two degrees in film production and have worked in California, Arizona, and New Mexico in the film industry. Currently I express my creativity helping small businesses get noticed in all the right ways as a User Generated Content (UGC) creator.
I didn’t discover the TTRPG Dungeon’s and Dragons until I was an adult and realized that it’s basically just a way to tell stories, which is something I love to do. My passion for the game overflowed into my coaching work and became Quests for Authenticity, my coaching program that uses the framework of D&D to help people do a deep-dive into becoming just as confident in real life as their characters are at the game table.
I was born and raised on Disney, and beyond being a huge source of joy for me it also served as the first step toward uncovering my true identity and becoming the person I was always meant to be. (Ask me to tell you about it sometime!)
I have an eclectic list of hobbies and interests, including swing dancing, sewing, crafting, digital painting, baking, and house plants. All of my interests serve as creative outlets to allow me to express myself in specific ways.
in 2017 I became a mom to my mini-me. Motherhood has been an incredible and exhausting experience- especially with my son being a massive extrovert while his parents are major introverts.
Like 50% of Americans I struggle with Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD from my childhood and postpartum. I’m also a strong advocate for helping to make Mental Health more common and less clinical, which is why I make an effort to be so open about my own struggles with it.
